Resumen:
La solicitud de decisión prejudicial tiene por objeto la interpretación la Directiva 92/43/CEE de hábitats (artículo 12.1) y de la Directiva 2009/147/CE, de aves (artículo 5).
Se presentan en el contexto de sendos litigios entre, por una parte, varias asociaciones ambientalistas suecas (la Asociación para la Protección de los Bosques, la Asociación para la Protección de la Naturaleza de Härryda, y la Asociación de Ornitología de Gotemburgo) y, por otra, la Junta Administrativa Regional de Västra Götaland, Suecia., en relación con una decisión de esta Junta de no actuar contra una notificación de tala definitiva relativa a una zona forestal hábitat natural de especies protegidas por la Ordenanza
