El Alto Tribunal conoce del recurso de casación interpuesto por la mercantil EDP ESPAÑA, S.A.U. (antes denominada Hidroeléctrica del Cantábrico, S.A.U.) y por el Instituto Internacional de Derecho y Medio Ambiente (IIDMA) contra la sentencia de la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Principado de Asturias, de fecha 24 de julio de 2017, que estimó parcialmente el recurso contencioso-administrativo formulado por el IIDMA contra la resolución de la Consejería de Fomento, Ordenación del Territorio y Medio Ambiente, de fecha 16 de julio de 2015, que anuló y dejó sin efecto en el particular relativo a la emisión de SO2, NOx y Hg que debería haberse concretado
