Resumen:
Con motivo del ELSA Day, ELSA Spain —rama nacional de The European Law Students’ Association, la asociación independiente de estudiantes de Derecho más grande del mundo— organiza el webinar “El TEDH y el derecho a un medio ambiente sano: avances recientes en la jurisprudencia europea”.
La sesión se centrará en el análisis de dos sentencias recientes del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos: Klimaseniorinnen c. Suiza y Greenpeace Nordic c. Noruega. Estas decisiones inauguran una nueva etapa en la protección de los derechos humanos frente al cambio climático, delineando con mayor claridad el alcance del derecho a un medio ambiente sano en el marco del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos.
