Resumen:
El presente decreto tiene por objeto regular, en el ámbito de las competencias de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, las actividades de pesca-turismo, turismo pesquero o marinero, y turismo acuícola que se desarrollen mediante contraprestación económica de forma complementaria y compatible con la actividad profesional de la pesca marítima, el marisqueo y la acuicultura.
Dichas actividades deberán estar relacionadas con una o varias de las siguientes finalidades:
Difundir el patrimonio histórico o cultural, las tradiciones, los oficios, la gastronomía y la cultura vinculados a la actividad de la pesca extractiva, el marisqueo, la acuicultura y la pesca con el arte de almadraba. Promover y revalorizar los productos de la pesca
