Resumen:
El objeto de la presente sentencia se ciñe a la impugnación efectuada por la Asociación para la Defensa de la Naturaleza (WWWF-ADENA) contra la desestimación presunta, por silencio administrativo, de la solicitud presentada ante la Dirección General de Política Energética y Minas por la cual interesaba que le fuera proporcionada información ambiental sobre la consulta transfronteriza con Portugal y documentación complementaria al Estudio de Impacto Ambiental del proyecto “Instalación de una refinería de petróleo en Extremadura”, así como contra la dictada en fecha 29 de enero de 2010 por la Subsecretaría de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, que
