Resumen:
El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la regulación del régimen de declaración responsable de las industrias agrarias y alimentarias y la organización y funcionamiento del Registro de Industrias Agrarias y Alimentarias (RIAA) de la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco, como instrumento de las Administraciones Públicas Vascas para disponer de manera permanente, integrada y actualizada de toda la información precisa para la planificación, ordenación y desarrollo del sector agrario y alimentario.
