Resumen:

Si existe un espacio en el planeta que está sufriendo el cambio climático, es el océano Ártico. El deshielo ha conducido a los Estados a cooperar con el objeto de regular determinadas actividades. Este trabajo las analiza en detalle y explora si la Agenda 2030 forma parte o no de las prioridades en el Ártico.

Abstract:

If there is a space on the planet that is suffering from climate change, it is the Arctic Ocean. The ice melting has led States to cooperate in order to regulate certain activities. This paper analyzes them in detail and explores whether or not the 2030 Agenda is part of the priorities in the Arctic.
